I followed the link above and the download is still available. The simplest place to paste it is in the C:\Program Files \FMS directory. If you are not allowed to do so, then you may not have Administrator rights. If you do have admin rights, try uninstallling FMS and putting it into a directory other than C:\Program Files.
Also, you may not know how to navigate the Windows file system. Left Click on [Start] right click on [My Computer] and select Explore. You should now be able to drag and drop a file anywhere you can navigate to on the computer.
