Calibration Is Lost After Restart PC

Hi all, i have a PC with windows XP installed and i also have FMS 8.2 installed. I successfully installed a USB joystick and calibrate it normally and played the game smoothly. the problem arise when i shutdown my PC and the next day i open FMS again and i notice that i have lost the calibration. i have to redo the calibration of the joystick after every shutdown. this is happing after i gave the computer a format. Any ideas please because this is irritating. Thanks

Hmmm... Just a guess, try calibrating using Windows Control Panel first. -- ggunners
