Walkera 5#6 with WK-0405

Hi guys,
I bought a usb interface from the dreaded ebay (Hong Kong) and connected it to my WK-0405 trannie, I then went to the control panel/Game Controllers, in the popup box the controller said PPM and status ok. I then clicked properties in the properties pop up box in the test tab I moved the transmitter sticks and nothing happened.

So it seems to me that the usb interface is being recognised but the transmitter signal is not. I have tried with the crystal out and with dip 5 in the on and off positions.

Any ideas to get FMS working would be most gratefully received cheers.

I got my old trusty oscilloscope out and found that for the walkera 0405, the pins are from the left bottom looking at the transmitter from the back.

Shield: -VE
PIN 3: PPM

The cable I got from Hong Kong, was connected to these outputs but no signal was detected on the output to the usb. I then made a custom cable, and output was detected going to the usb. I went to the control panel\games and controllers\properties, only one channel was being recognised, I have therefore concluded that the cheap Hong Kong usb I bought was naff.

I made another custom cable to go from the transmitter to my line in, on the sound card then went to:

Followed the instruction and the transmitter is now working with FMS.
