GWT Controller Issue

GWT Controller Issue

Postby FluxSage » Fri Jan 28, 2011 6:10 am

I have a GWT 4a II 1/8th to usb controller that I am trying to use. When I plug it into a usb port for the first time, it installs as "USB Input Device" successfully. I then open FWS to get my heli practice goin and open controller -> Analog Joystick and have no options under resource and no input on calibration. FWS itself runs fine with keyboard operation, and such, just seems like controller is not being located...? The controller has power and is triggering a driver install when plugged in, leading me to believe the error is software related somehow.... Any suggestions?

PC
Windows 7 64bit

usb adapter is a tti stereo 1/8 to usb

Just wanna get some virtual air...

GWT 4a II 1/8th to usb ? FWS ? Never heard of them, sorry.

I'm guessing the second should be FMS but what's a GWT controller ?

Flux, I am just guessing, but you may have WinXP. If so, you need to calibrate the controller in Windows first, then select the advanced tab and choose your controller as primary. FMS uses the primary controller defined in Windows. If more than one are defined, you will have issues. -- ggunners
