Communikation problem joystick

Hi. I am new at FMS. Bought my first plane to day.

I have installed FMS at my computer and fixed all the problem with port and dll.

My Art-tech controller is connected to the computer by sound cable. When I try to kaliberate nothing happends. It seems like the controller does not communikate with the PC.

Can somone please help me.
