Walkera-2401 and Windows 7

I cannot get my PC and TX to communicate. Even if I connect just the US cable, without the TX attached, Windows pops up with an Unknown Device. I also have a Logitec Wingman 3D installed on the PC. At the risk of really looking stupid - must the TX actually be switched on ?

I would say this is either a problem with the USB Interface or with Windows.

See if there is a driver disk or support file with the USB interface.

Also check the Walkera web site. There may be a known procedure for using it with sims.
