Lama RF Models Question

I downloaded the Hirobo Lama and copied the files to FMS. I flew OK the first time. After a restart, the heli falls through the sceanery and will not control. The Twister Bell 47 and all the OEM planes fly fine. What happend, how do I fix it?

I fly a Lama V3 so this will help save money on parts!
