Interface for Graupner micro Bell 47g controller ?

Postby Batman08 » Sat Jan 06, 2007 6:44 pm

Hi everybody,
i just got my new Bell 47g heli from Graupner a couple of days back. This controller has a PS2 connector which is labeled as "trainer". The same controller is used by e-sky and BMI also. I need a wiring diagram for connecting this controller to the serial port of my computer to use it with FMS. As i am firm in electronics i would like to solder this by myself rather than spending 20 bucks for a ready made cable.
Any hints where to find the schematics ?

Grettings and hny !

Even though the Graupner 47G two co-axial contra-rotating rotor design should not require it, there may or may not be CCPM mixing issues with the transmitter . . a computer audio port connection and SmartPropoPlus software might be a better option.

Hello,
I want to connect my Graupner Koax Heli Micro 47G - Transmitter via a noname USB cable to my PC and use the FMS furtheron to fly heli on my PC.
Do I have to pay attention to get it running,
or just :
1.)plug transmitter by cable via usb port to PC
2.)install latest FMS software
3.)run it and GO!!
regards, Bandie
