PPJoy problem - xp ppjoy error

Could you help me please.
Im trying to get ppjoy to work on my dell lap top . I have loaded ppjoy ( after much trouble) but I get no signal from my transmitter.
I using a sky sports 4 futaba , windows xp.

When I go into the PPJOYcom
I get the following error where it says Joystick device:virtual joystick: error 2 opening joy stick .

Can any one please tell me what Im doing wrong !

Download the excellent LPT monitor by Neil Fraser (Scotland). Install his monitor and you will beable to verify the logical LPT name and physical address. If you have a detected signal, you should see the 'Tick Box' flashing in Pin 10 (acknowledge feedback register) from the port.
