home page hi jack - newbyneeds help with home page hijack

Greeting.

MY i.e. home page has been hijacked to

which was fine for the first few months, but is now getting very boring. Any help in enabling me to gain contyrol and reset it would be great.

Thanks but tried all the normal stuff, tools options, reset web settings, use current etc plus adware, spybot, bt antispy. Think it must be part of exe file from fms software ? :;):

Also checked out the reg settings:

Root key HKEY_CURRENT_USER, the key Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main"Start Page".

Root key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, the key Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main "Start Page"
and both are set to the home page I want, but i.e. is STILL redirecting me to the wrong page.

Need someone you knows their stuff here !!

Where did you download your FMS version? Do you use any additional FMS related software?

The official FMS software does NOT modify or hi-jack the home page of browsers.

to change home page

go to your "control panel/internet options"
should look like this;(windowsXP)


change the top textfeild, showed in red outline.
can be set to default, or any webpage you desire.
