How do i adjust the tailrotor?

Hi.
Im kindda new to heli flying, but im getting a hang of it.
I use a Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback Pro, and i cant control the rudders precisely.
Can i adjust the helicopter so that it doesnt spin around slowly after takeoff?

After a while of trying to hover, i realized that i really can't use the sidewinder for helicopters. Its too unprecise, and has a dead zone in the middle so that i have to move the stick 5 degrees or more to make the helicopter move.
Anyone have experience with a gamepad with 4 axes?
Isn't it annoying that the throttle gets back in the middle if u let it go?
Plz help. I live in greenland, and i REALLY need some practice before my honeybee arrives from denmark. I can't easily get spareparts.

Any special suggestions for me if i do not intend to invest more than I've already did? Hard to get parts from here.
