Can't run FMS

I keep getting an error show when trying to run FMS : FMS.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'
It gives the option to debug, send error report or don't send. The error report has an error signature with 'AppName: fms.exe', 'AppVer: 0.0.0.0', 'ModName: kernel32.dll', 'ModVer: 5.1.2600.5781' and 'Offset: 00012afb'


I'm running XP, but have run this program in the past on this computer no problem, the only difference is I have a better graphics card than the original, but wouldn't have thought this would make a difference.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you have a PC without a COMx serial port.
