Should a Pavillion 6646c run FMS - Do I need to purchase a video card?

I have an HP Pavillion 6646c with 500mh ADM k-6 processor. It does not have an additional video card but does have some type of video processing on the mother board. FMS only runs at 3 frames per second and needless to say is not impressive.

Is there an appropriate card at a reasonable price that might be added to allow me to use FMS? Please name specfic card/s that you recomend.
