More wind..???? - Any chance of getting more wind gusts

I have downloaded FMS and also just got my JR radio and Serial cable with a pic interface and the thing works like a dream.

As you can gather I’m a bit of a newbie with flying and am having lesions, one thing I want to practice with FMS is landing approaches. I have set the program to max air bubbles and max gusts but it is a little to tame. Is there anywhere you can turn this up more as it a but more realistic, I really want to practice correcting the plane as it comes towards me in gusty conditions.

Any tips would be great
