Yes. Start program, under Controls/Analog Controls, select Joystick Interface. Calibrate then start flying.

Hi All,
As an addition to this FMS supports multiple input devices as well. Although still looking for a cheap transmitter for the "Full Experience" I currently have my Stick mapped to roll, pitch & Throttle but have the pedals of my Logitec Wheel mapped as Rudder Pedals. (Just me I guess but I find pedals far more controllable than a Twisty Stick).
