Yep, it's very easy to do.
The model files generally download as a .zip file, so you need a application like Winzip or Stuffit to unzip them into a useable file.
Assuming you have Winzip or similar, then unzip the files to the
'model' folder which is located in the 'FMS' folder.
Load up FMS and hey presto your new model should be available to use.
