Is there any ways to make a Tx to be recognised as a joystick driver in windows?

Yes, you buy or build a joystick interface. These are often discussed in the Joystick Interface forum below.

Yes, i have followed your advise, but i still cannot seen to find the right circuit for my JR 3810 to be recognised as a joystick device in windows...
do you have any ideas where can i find one?

That's odd because the very first thread in the forum I pointed you to (http://cgi.ethz.ch/~mmoeller/cgi-bin/ik ... T;f=8;t=31) is about a design for a joystick interface which is said to work with JR transmitters. There are a number of other designs also discussed in that same forum.
