Someone PLEASE help me with this !! - Converting aerofly Piccolo to FMS model

I downloaded the piccolo aerofly model, which contains a .cal, .dat, and .geo files, along with the customory bitmap file. I converted the geo file with AF2FMS converter (af2fms piccolo.geo piccolo.mdl) and loaded the piccolo.mdl file into FMS.

The piccolo heli will come up when selected, but the darn things flight characteristics are that of a fixed wing aircraft !! How can I fix this, and has anyone else had this problem?

Please help if you can.....

I've just downloaded the Piccolo model. It looks great, but so far I've had no success in flying it. To get it in the air, I have to apply full forward cyclic to prevent the nose going into the tarmac, apply full throttle and simulteanously take the cyclic off. Then when it's in the air there is little or no right rudder control. Has anybody else had these problems?
