Restart or reset button?

Restart or reset button?

Postby threepdr » Sun Oct 25, 2009 4:59 pm

I've just started using FMS. It is a great tool! Thanks to all those who have put it together.

I have a simple question. Can't seem to find it answered in the search feature.

After I crash, is there a simple way to reset the aircraft for another go, without going to the Model file and choosing the same aircraft again?

Thanks

Press I (for initialise) on the keyboard.

If you look in the menus at the top of the screen you'll find lots of shortcuts like that e.g. Pause is P, AutoZoom is Z etc.

Hi,

If you go to the "Simulation" tab and select "Options", you can check the "Auto-initialization after crash" box. Then, every time you crash, the plane will re- initialize its self.

Thanks fellas,

That is exactly what I was looking for. I plan on buying a HZ Super Cub for my first plane. I've been crashing, I mean flying that sim model alot!

Thanks again
