d3drm.dll not loaded

above comes up every time i try to load software i am using windows 7

Those are just a few of the 70-odd threads I found when I entered D3DRM.DLL in the search box in the top RH corner of the screen. The answer is in there....many times over.

I have tried every fix i could find, and I am still getting the same message...

murphy, after some trail and error, if you install the DLL file in the same folder as the FMS.EXE file it will work
