Hello everyone

I am having alot of trouble loading complex scenery into beta 6, have no trouble with simple shapes.... but i appear to reach a limit? All the landscapes i have been able to d/l have very limited scenery, is this because more is impossible?
or is it the .x to .geo converter that has the problem? arggghhhhh...... thanks in advance, and happy flying

I think I have the same problem! It's to get crazy about this! If I use the buildings they are ready, I have no prolems! But if I use my own buildings that I have convert with geoex, FMS don't work with it !:(:( Geoex is the problem I think!! WE NEED HELP! Arggggggggghhhhhllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!

yep.. sounds like the same problem...i can only load only very basic scenery models (tree's , buildings etc.) i have managed to load alot of different shapes/sizes... but when i try and make anything detailed... i get error messages

I have found the problem! Make no triangles! Only Quads!

And are sure that in thr geo are only dots, NO COMMAS! Your building is a simple buliding? Thats it!

i have already made and run pyramids and spheres.

still trying schumi.... i have a bridge to fly under , its working well

and a house with windows u can fly thru... alot of small objects (mailbox, signs, fences etc)
but all my large constructions still get ERRORS... will send u landscape when its finished

I've been working on a detailed landscape, This is where i fly my real planes, and i reached a limit.
but not one one that causes a crash, but i'll be adding trees, and when i go 1 tree too many, all of a sudden my textures dissapear. not just the trees, but parts of the ground go white too.
its still flyable, just with white textures.

ok, so i remove just 1 tree, wolla! all my textures return.

but then im using tree models that you can actually fly under, (seperate trunk below the tree) so the trees have 2 objects, per tree, stacked.
