A:Problems With The Motegi Landscape

I try to use the "motegi" landscape, but when I do it says: Access violation at adress 0047F4EE in module 'FMS.exe'. Read of address 00000000.

And then I have to reinstall FMS because it doesn't let any other maps work! What is wrong and what can I do to fix it?

if the landscape is missing a texture, you'll get an access voilation, like you describe.

try reinstalling FMS in a different folder, then move your downloaded models to the new directory.
then copy your landscapes you know that work, to the new folder too.

I keep my landscapes, and models, in sub directories(folders), that way eliminating the possability of overwriting an already existing file, required some other landscape.
