FMS .7 don't run - FMS .7 don't run & don't report error mess, Voodo3 probl?

FMS 2.7 don't run and don't report any error message.
But 2.6 version working good. When I start FMS I get nothing (just HDD activity) . I also try 3 _dbg versions- w/o any results.
I have 3dFX voodo3 with 8Mb ram
Win2k Server 450 P|| 128 RAM

I have vodoo 3 3000, 16 Mb, and Windows 98 SE.
I have no problem, with FMS 2.7!

Ufff! I found what's happens!
It's defindly beta 2.7 Bug !
Hey guys fix it PLEASE!

I disable Autodebug in Reestr. Then I get datails about error:

If you get EComPortException on win2k you can try fix it:

Start HardwareWizard->Uninstall/Unplug device->Uninstall->Check "Show hidden device" checkbox
find all com ports that not really working(hidding) in you comp(but exists in reestr). then remove each of them!
Then FMS should working.
p.s. For find what happans with FMS (if no error message after start) disable AutoDebug in reestr.
Set this key = 0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows NT -> CurrentVersion -> AeDebug
then you get normal error messaga from win
