Graphics in Windows 2000 using FMS 8

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has come up with the graphics problem quite a few people have been having lately. I have a nvidia geforce 2 GTS Ultra 64Mb (I know, quite old) and the graphics are pretty much buggered. The plane is invisible and the landscape/background is just big slabs of colour.

The following link sounds like a similar problem, and I've gone to the directx diagnostic tool and all of the tests pass.

If I turn off Direct3D or Direct draw then the graphics work, as described in this post:

I have dloaded the latest video drivers, directx is the latest, FMS is the latest, and changing the model of the plane doesn't help.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
