Next, you need an FMS interface or TX type joystick.
You will be able to enjoy FMS more with them.

Throttle has more effect than elevator - with full throttle and max down elevator model still climbs.

I made the par-file of GPTRH imaging my GP trainer.
I don't fly it at maximum power to get a loop.
Please reduce the 2nd line of the par-file maximum thrust, reduce the 15th line wing attack angle or increase 19th line mass.
Arrange the par-file by your own way to meke it closer to your plane.
That is one of the ways of FMS enjoying.
