Invalid Page Fault on install

Having spent 1 hour trying to download the latest version (Beta7) I cannot get the thing to install. I have used a previous version before (installed first time) but keep getting an Invalid page fault error at about 50% completion.

My system is

Win 98 (initial release)
AMD Duron 800
AMD 751 Main board
Geforce2 MX 200 video wi 32MB RAM
192MB RAM
Direct x 8.1 (didnt work with 8 either)
enough disk space to shake a stick at.

any help greatly appreciated :angry:
