Problems Lessons Learned Possible Fixes - helpful advice/solutions--add yours

I have an Elsa Winner II stereo 3D card on a 500mhz AMD running WinMe.
Lessons learned:
1. Exit Microsoft netmeeting remote desktop sharing if the icon is on your system tray area on the right side of the taskbar. (having this on prevents some programs from changing resolutions and can cause system lock-ups)
2. Turn off the stereo video driver in for the Elsa card. Turning off fliping buffer in 7.5 will work too. Probably applies to other cards with stereo 3D capability. (It would be great if this program worked in true stereo 3D!)
3. If you are using a joystick, go to control panel/gaming options and make sure the your joystick is listed first, remove any others that you can.
Doing these things solved all of my system lock-up/flipping screen/program crashing probs when running FMS 7 & 7.5.
