Windows XP problem... - it's looking for 'coldet.dll'

When I open up FMS (beta 7) on my windows XP machine, I get a error window that says It can't find the component: "coldet.dll" what does this mean and how can I fix it?
I can't open FMS because coldet.dll can't be found

I use a JR XP642: If all JRs are the same, then they have what looks like a headphone socket (same size jack fits it). So all you need is a cable that connects it to your sound-card's line-in or mic-in (standard cable from an audio shop, or maybe you've got one lying around the home? Doesn't seem to matter if it's got stereo plugs on each end, it still worked with me).

I then opened windows sound recorder to confirm I could hear the signals (it sounds like an out of phase tone). I had to ensure that it took the recording from line-in (where I plugged mine into).

You then need SmartPropo which interprets these tones and turns them into a Joystick emulator.

It's just a single file, depending on whether you're JR or Futaba or whatever. You then put this single file (.dll file) into the same directory as FMS.exe.

I had to disable my dialup modem too (not a problem, I use a cable modem). Symptoms before I did this was highly erratic flying (completely ignored my inputs, the controls were all over the place)

Works fine for me now.
