Joystick Problems - Elevator and Aileron are transposed

I am using Windows 98 and when using my transmitter (Airtronics VG600) the Elevator and Aileron gimbals are transposed. Is there anyway to correct this condition in the software? The rudder and engine control gimbals are correct. I am using a Mode 2 transmitter.

Under Controls, set up which channel number from the Tx maps to which control. There are also invert switches if you mean the controls are reversed (left aileron turns right) rather than transposed (elevator controls ailerons).

Same problem with the Hitec Focus 4 and checking the inv box solves the problem!
