it worked fine last night, i get up this morning and start my computer, having changed nothing, i open up FMS...i get an error message, of course in german so i can't read it. Now, i don't knwo waht to do so i unintstall it and re-install it...the same message. what happened to it? here is the message, please help before i kill my computer.

Been answered many times in just the last few threads on this forum.
You saved settings before you exited while you had a dodgy model selected. Delete init.dat and fms.ini and you're back in action. Don't save settings with anything other than the SU26 selected (others work but many won't).
