cable for futaba under xp!

i'm running xp professional. i can't get fms to recognize my futaba radio!

the cord that i'm using hooks up to my parrallel port. (at least that's what i think it is called, it is the same port that my printer cable hooks to.)

it worked with windows 98, but not now with xp!

if anyone has some ideas or answers to my problem i would appreciate it.

That's right. Microsoft changed the operating system so that the old parallel port cables don't work with XP. You need a newer type of interface cable.
