Cannot reinstall FMS - Removed it, now it won't go back

As the title says, i had FMS on and I uninstalled it. Now i have tried to reinstall it but keeps saying I must remove the old version first. I have searched the hard drive but cannot find any traces left. What do I need to remove to make this problem go away?????

If you follow the instructions in the FAQ on the main site you should be o.k. (FMS Homepage link at top of page). Look for "FMS 2.0 Beta 7 won't install".
