Airplanes work Helicopters don't - All is well except heli's ... no control

After pulling my hair for about four hours I finally got the drivers to install in WinXP/Pro for my USB interface (3-yr old), and was able to get my Hitec TX to work just fine on all of the fixed wing models I've tried so far.

But ... When I try to use any Heli, (which is why I dug the interface back out of the closet to begin with), none of the controls have any effect on the model.

Any suggestions??

Never mind ... I just answered my own question. The calibration activity showed my four channels to be in the first four positions, and nothing in 5-8. I duplicate mapped 5-8 the same as 1-4, and it works fine.

Now I can go to bed.
