FMS2 B7 in Win ME - Washed out colors with little Contrast

I wanted to try a serial transmitter so I had to partition my HD and install Windows ME on my Compac pentium 4 running Windows XP.

B7 runs great in XP but in ME I get washed out colors, low comtrast and semi transparent models, otherwise every thing runs great even the serial port transmitter interface.
