are the drivers for win xp paralel interface ready yet

The FMS FAQ page (topic on top of the page) seems clear:
Do not expect parallel port driver underwindows XP
I would try the PIC serial interface (please go on this discussion topic to find out, there is a kit for ฟ or so).
