Going to try making a JR interface anybody got any tips?

I'm going to try making one of these. I got the schematics from but I've done
very little electronics work before. Can you either send me some "tips" or pictures of how to make this interface?

make sure you position the transistor correctly and set your port to epp or ecp in your bios.

Even parallel-port interface works fine with JR. Unlike Futaba, it's pretty jitter free. The only exception is X-347, which doesn't like parallel interface (only serial cable works). ;-)

Don't know about anyone elses, but my JR interface has a good deal of jitter. Not enough to make it unflyable, but it's evident nontheless.
