Serial Interface Problem - Invalid Integer Value " on 32 bit vxd selection

I could not get the parallel port to work so tonight I built the serial version. Same results, no response. I am unable to select the 32 bit option because I get an "invalid integer value". I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Running Win2k, latest service packs, parallel ports and serial ports are rock solid with any other application. Going on 6 hours invested in an interface. Please help!
