FF6 wont work with FMS 7

i'm having trouble getting any signal in the setup. 3 of us brought pre made and tested leads, we all have FMS 7, the FF8 worked right away, the other FF6 worked after he changed some settings in his Windows COM port settings, but its a little iffy, i tried the same, but no joy. i get nothing, any ideas?

Hi,

check for your "Ressources" (controls-->analoge controls-->Ressources) in FMS and make sure they r correct and if not sure check your computer Bios.

Does the other FF6 work on your computer ?With either lead ? Does your FF6 work with his lead and computer ? Does your FF6 work on the other computer using your lead ? You need to narrow down the problem.

AWWWWW now this post has turned into one of those others i was reading to try and find my problem, but all i got was, ITS WORKING NOW

Coz it is... i took my tranny & lead to my mates house, both worked, came home, tried the same things as before, got boared and clicked clabrate and all of a sudden it worked. didnt show signs of life untill i clicked it tho, very jerky in 16ect almost like radio glitch, 32 still wouldnt work, then 32 started to work, and i've not looked back.
Sorry all those looking for fixes, all i can say is goto COM settings unclick the two boxes at the bottom, and then goto next tab and select at the bottom, hardware, then, in despration click claibrate and it might just work...
