Building the Serial JR interface - Serious Question

I am building the Serial Interface for a JR TX unit from the design I got at

I need to know which wire is the TX and which is the GNd from the JR buddy Cord, so I can solder them in right. If anyone knows the pin out, or can point me to a website that could help, I would appreciate it.

The tip of the plug is the signal (Tx) and the other wire is ground. But actually it will still work even if you get them the wrong way round.
