Help please
How can I connect my Hitec Neon SS (3 channel) transmitter to FMS ? Serial, parallel, pic, etc. interface ?

This depends on your operating system. Not all Windows versions works with the simple serial/parallel interfaces.

For WinXP, they do not work, and you will require a FMS Serial PIC or USB joystick interface.

I have win xp, and I have to build a more "sofistcated" interface like pic or usb
any of them? no particular scheme for my transmitter ?

That is right.

Have a look on my web for circuits for PIC Serial or joystick interfaces as well as transmitter connections if you are interested in building one yourself.

wow, you have a real "army" of planes....
I am a beginner, and I have decided to build myself an Beaver DHC2 trainer (http://jfthier.free.fr/aerosquare_en/ga ... _v2_en.htm)
I understand that PPM signal for the FMS interface must be "extracted" from transmitter before the HF unit. It is right? Or this signal appear somewhere in the trainer connector ?
