doesnt want to work with xp - driver wont work wont reconize interface

i went from win. 98 to win. xp. now i cant seem to get the usb port to show up in the control window when i try to calibrate the controls. i see other people have had this problem too. not a lot of solutions offered but thought i would try. i got my cable from tti-us also. i guess i will try to contact them too. they did help before with win 98.
