Hi
I have a question and hope someone can help me.I have a old futaba radio with a 5 pin buddy box plug.I would like to use this on FMS but I only have the scematic for the six pin plug.How would I go about building the correct cable for this radio?

Rc Electronics has a table of buddy box connector diagrams. They show both the 5 and 6 pin Futaba trainer connectors. Am I right in thinking that it is necessary just to connect to the proper pins to make the interface work? My old 7FGK is AM, not FM, but it is PPM. I am about to build the single 2N2222 parallel printer port interface. Will it work, or is the RC Electronics FMS interface (at $19.00USD) better?
