FMS Smartpropo Interface Problems

I am trying to get FMS working on an XP (Home) machine. I have connected my transmitter (a 3 channel JR clone) and am able to get it working for throttle and elevator, but not rudder/aileron. I have gotten it to work on a Windows ME machine. I have tried the different channel numbers without success. Any ideas?

Hi,
I'm new to the game also. I've been using 7 beta with the latest smartpropo.
No matter what I do there is never a response from FMS.
The calibration just sits there. Isn't it suppose to move around when you move the sticks?
Anybody got any thoughts on what might be wrong?

Hi Josh,
Please see my reply to your other post. Also, maybe you use the wrong SmartPropo file? Or misplaced it? I think you need the PPM version, and make sure use placed it right where the fms.exe file is lokated. And, use the Line-In input rather than the Microphone.
