Help with JR Interface

Hi,
I am new to this flying and I need help with this stuff.
I am having a JR Transmitter and I had got the interface circuit from the website


I had built that circuit and I am wondering about one thing.
I have the Interface circuit and I did download the software from the FMS Beta 7.0 version and what I am trying to do is simulate the FMS software using the JR Transmitter. But when I connected the Interface cable to the PC and tried to simulate the software, the program is not respoding to the JR Transmitter.
Please tell me what to do now in order to get the simulation working using the JR Transmitter.
Please tell me if I need to change any stuff in the BIOS setup or others.

Check out my detailed setup instructions on my website. I presume this is the IRQ interface (your link did not work). I also have data on the PIC Serial.
