Pinout chart for Hitec and Futaba

Is there anyone that has the complete pinout chart for the din-connector of Futaba and Hitec radios?
I would like to know the function of every pin, not just the ground and the signal pins which are the only ones that are needed for use with FMS.

Now I know the standard pinout for the Futaba DIN-connectors. But I'm still looking for a pinout chart for Hitec transmitters. You don't happen to know where to find it?

I'm asking this becouse I'm gonna build myself a trainer-cable. I want to connect a Futaba and a Hitec radio, with the Futaba being the pupils (slave) tx and the Hitec being the instructors (or master) tx.
Both transmitters supports PPM, so it should be no problem if I just knew the pinouts for both the transmitters.
