Parrarel interface have problem with WinMe - Please recommend

Notebook Compaq PIII 750 MHZ ram 128, Video ram 16 mb, No serial port, Os/Winme
Futaba skysport 4
I make a interface as this web recommended

I test to run with above notebook, the calibrate is not work when I come back to run, the plan was automatic run. Futaba can't control any stick. I test to use a parrarel to print the job via printer, it's work. (control panel/system/device manager/ports & all device no any conflict)

I test again to the desktop with O/s Win98, all thing good working, can control every thing.

Please help me to solve this problem would thank you.
