using Windows 95/98; Windows API if you are working with Windows NT. Since the
programmer is powered from the RS232 port, you must disconnect the programmer
from the RS232 port before inserting or removing a device!
Your RS232 cable must provide the following signals for properly operation: Tx,
Rx, CTS, DTR, RTS and GND.
