FMS PIC interface transistor equivalents. - Help on transistor equivalent.

The circuit diagram for the FMS pic interface uses two transistors. A KT3102 and a KT3107. Is there anyone that can suggest equivalents for these transistors.

Hi

In broad terms you need and NPN for the input and a PNP for the output. Almost anyone will do. I use a BC547 input and BC557 output. Note the need for special input for JR transmitters. See my website for IRQ circuit diagrams for JR and the rest. The same changes can be applied to the PIC input transistor.
