Mouse

I was wondering if mouse could be added as a control analog input.

I'm not part of the development team. However, when I read such request I wish the requester would add a few words explaining how he got to this need.
I personally do not think that there is a real need for a mouse interface, but I'd like to learn more. If convinced, I might find a way to make a mouse emulate the Joystick.
