Esky USB Controller - Quality or Junky Feel?

Hi Guys, I am thinking about buying an Esky USB controller to use with my flight sims, but having not seen one in real life before, I am keen to know what owners think of the quality of these units?

Do they feel light/heavy? Are they all plastic? Are the sticks likely to snap or break? Does the throttle ratchet feel the same as on a real tranny? Are the sticks well sprung/over sprung? etc.

Keen to hear your thoughts.

All plastic, but adequate for the task . . internal image of earlier serial port version.

I have one and I think works great for the price. It seems to be 99% plastic, but most things are today. No it does not look like a $300 transmitter, but it costs a fraction of that. It is a little light but you could always tape 8 AA batteries to the back of it to make it the same weight as a RC transmitter.

Liked mine so much I bought another. Bought both on ebay for a shade under $30 ea.
The FMS sim is good training too. My 1st real flight was crash free thanks to time spent on the sim.
